Who You Are:
As the Associate Manager, Footwear Production at Michael Kors, you'll assist the production team with the product lifecycle management for all MMK Mainline, Outlet and Cutup categories. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure the integrity of product from first proto samples to bulk production.
You are energetic, collaborative, results-driven with a passion for production management. You demonstrate a passion for the brand, specifically footwear, inspire individuals and rely on leadership skills to plan and accomplish goals.
What You’ll Do:
Communicate daily with all vendors/agents regarding changes/updates in all phases of production process.
Communicate daily with internal and global partners to maintain calendar dates and deliveries.
Own linesheet set up for each season, including style master creation, NRF table maintenance, style # creation, etc.
Assist with finished goods purchase order uploads in RLM.
Update and maintain delivery extensions, early shipments, air shipments, etc. in RLM.
Track and maintain bulk delivery schedule with overseas factories and logistics team.
Track global FGPO booking reports.
Assist with maintaining reports for weekly publications.
Manage ECOMM tech and other ad hoc copy requests.
Manage Style Master data integrity in PLM/RLM.
Issue packaging details for all divisions to factories each season, including shoebox, care card, UPC, fur label, etc.
Maintain and disseminate global shipping manuals and packaging standards/changes.
You’ll Need to Have:
Bachelor’s Degree
2-5 years of Production experience
Excellent follow-up, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong Interpersonal and analytical skills
Excellence in Excel is crucial
Knowledge of PLM and RLM systems helpful
