As an Associate Manager, Field Service, you will lead a diverse regional team of Field Technicians in the Midway Region of the US to develop their individual talents while driving the performance of the MedSurg and Neurotechnology Instrument Business Unit. 50% travel throughout IL, WI, IN, MN.

What You Need:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree required6 years of relevant work experienceExperience with SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceMax or equivalent ERP/CRM/FSM

Preferred:

2 years people leadership preferredVendor management experience preferred ​

$87,600 - $143,600.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 50%
