How you will contribute

You will:

· Conduct analyses to accelerate digital commerce growth across various levers working in partnership with multiple cross functional teams.

· Liaison between data science, data and tech teams to build powerful dashboards for reporting and insights generation.

· Build and Support E2E Process Management for multiple digital data sources while creating documentation for the ever-evolving digital data landscape.

· Continuously optimize business through data, tracking, learning

· Drive action-oriented insights on innovation, communication and brand growth imperatives to shopper, customer and net revenue planning teams

· Drive eCom best practices around assortment, content, search, and activation to meet customer expectations.
Leverage data science tools to improve digital commerce capabilities and drive improved site merchandizing.

· Identify and help implement automation tools to achieve speed to insight.

· Proven track record in persuasively influencing and aligning key customers and business stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization.

· Able to partner well with marketing, sales and external agencies.

What you need to know about this position:

What extra ingredients you will bring:

 5+ years of Experience working in I&A, CPG/Retail sales teams preferred.Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, data analytics, business and related fieldExperience in using retailer / customer data, shopper insights and analytics to develop compelling retail customer plans ideally in the FMCG/CPG industry.Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders.Strong communication skills and understanding of data management and governance.Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.High proficiency in base business tools (Excel/PowerPoint), with expertise in data modelling with data visualization tools (experience with Tableau is a must)Proven ability to collaborate effectively with vendor partners, software developers, creative teams, and cross-functional business stakeholders.Strong presentation skills to engage cross-functional stakeholders.

The base salary range for this position is $106,300 to $146,200; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
