As an Associate Manager, Data Analytics, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver impactful reporting, ad hoc analyses, and actionable insights that inform strategic decisions across sales, marketing, sales operations, and business unit leadership. In this role, you will provide technical and project leadership, ensuring scalable, high-value analytics solutions that are integrated into business processes. You will also drive user adoption of analytics tools, build strong cross-functional partnerships, and position the team as a strategic thought partner. You will champion innovation, continuous improvement, and talent development, while aligning with enterprise functions to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of analytics initiatives.
**What you will do**
+ Run the talent offense: attract, develop, engage, and align employees. This includes setting clear and meaningful goals, establishing and sharing expectations, and delivering frequent performance feedback.
+ Provide day-to-day project leadership and technical oversight across the analytics team’s portfolio, ensuring high-quality, timely, and impactful deliverables.
+ Drive operational efficiency through continuous process improvement, adoption of lean methodologies, and standardization of analytics workflows.
+ Apply project management best practices to prioritize initiatives, manage timelines and dependencies, and ensure delivery of stakeholder-aligned outcomes.
+ Partner cross-functionally across Stryker Medical teams to leverage shared capabilities, domain expertise, and ensure alignment with enterprise initiatives.
+ Manage stakeholder expectations regarding project timelines, scope, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and proactive communication.
+ Lead strategic discussions with business partners to identify and deliver high-impact data visualizations and insights that address real-world challenges.
+ Deliver clear, compelling presentations to senior leadership, translating data into meaningful business narratives and recommendations.
+ Establish and maintain scalable, consistent, and customizable reporting solutions across the Medical business units.
+ Promote user adoption and engagement with analytics tools, ensuring that solutions are embedded in decision-making processes and delivering value.
+ Champion strong stakeholder partnerships, aligning analytics initiatives with strategic plans, voice of customer, and long-term business goals.
**What you need**
**Required:**
+ Bachelor's Degree.
+ 6+ years of work experience in a related field.
+ 1+ years of people or project leadership experience.
+ Experience managing end-to-end data analytics projects, from business problem definition and requirements gathering through validation, deployment, and business impact realization.
+ Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
+ Experience in building diverse visualizations (e.g., heat maps, trend lines, bubble charts) that clearly communicate key messages and business implications.
+ Experience with data infrastructure and architecture, and how analytics connects to upstream data pipelines and systems.
**Preferred:**
+ Master's Degree.
+ Experience in project management methodologies.
$100,500.00 - $215,300.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
