We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Manager to join our team at Stryker. As the Associate Manager of Custom Implant, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team, managing subordinates, and ensuring the successful execution of projects within the defined product category. Responsibilities:
Lead a diverse team of professionals, providing guidance and support to drive high-quality results
Manage and optimize workflow, aligning processes with global teams to enhance efficiency
Supervise project teams and collaborate with global design teams to address design issues and improve processes
Serve as the point of contact for local processes and the defined product category
Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and operational partners to meet customer needs
Oversee and execute Engineering Change Requests (ERCs), Non-Conformances (NCs), and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a science discipline, preferably in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering
5-10 years of experience in the medical device or related industry, with a focus on people management
Proven ability to achieve work objectives independently and as a leader/mentor of a team
Track record of successfully leading complex initiatives from concept to release
Familiarity with processes applied within a regulated industry and understanding of GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Strong sense of responsibility and a drive to deliver an exceptional customer experience
