Associate Manager, Content Projects
Overview Summary The Associate Manager - Content Projects is responsible for effectively working and managing every step of the content and production process for FL and SDS, from initial briefing through concept, execution, production, and delivery, ensuring online and offline content delivery across all channels within the marketing team. The Associate Manager - Content Projects manager will manage and guide the Traffic coordinator on the content process for the FL and SDS part. The Traffic coordinator will report directly to the Associate Manager - Content Projects. This role works closely with key stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time. Appropriate Q.C. steps have been taken to provide content (images, copy, and assets) delivered to briefs. You are a natural communicator who can identify process improvements and gain buy-in from key stakeholders to effect change. You also know how to have difficult discussions around briefings and timelines. You love working in a busy environment and juggling the extensive campaigns next to the ongoing daily tasks requiring prioritizing multiple projects and tasks. Finally, you are comfortable working closely with design and copy teams to ensure all briefs are executed to plan and that there is a close working relationship. Responsibilities Objectives of the Role Manage the traffic coordinator, coaching them on day-to-day priorities and growth within their role Manage larger campaign projects, milestone plans, and production working closely with the Sr Managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring that all projects are completed within the agreed timelines, process, and budget, in full respect of Foot Locker internal processes and briefing requirements. Manage all creative and content is created and delivered to 3rd parties in line with the marketing and online roadmaps Support and train channels and vendors using JIRA and creating briefings. Manage the resource planning and allocation of the Creative team to meet the timelines of the roadmap. Manage queries from the design and copy teams and look at areas to improve the process between the two teams. Manage conversations with stakeholders on briefs and timelines to ensure the broader teams follow the agreed-upon process. Communicate relevant project plan, progress, and risks to key stakeholders Identify key cross-functional process improvements, and work with key stakeholders to implement the changes. Identify key issues within day-to-day and campaigns creative workflows and gain buy-in from the team and wider stakeholders where necessary to make changes. Manage the wash-up process for large projects, gather feedback on the success of the project against key KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and agree / action key action points for moving forward Qualifications Skills and qualifications you bring to the table. Degree in relevant field Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role Experience in project management tools and best practices Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or retail/ dynamic work environment Strong communicator and influencer Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize key projects within this fast-paced environment Experience in campaign/ content planning/knowledge of agile workflows is a bonus Expressive and creative, which can adapt quickly to changing situations and different target groups/ products and demonstrates flexibility in juggling priorities Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines, and with own initiative in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with proven verbal and written communication skills Ability to work as part of a small team and coordinate activities with other departments Fluency in English (verbal & written), preferably knowledge of another European language Affinity, enthusiasm, and interest in sports (especially running and fitness) & fashion is a plus.
