Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Associate Manager, Commercial Activation Openings & Conversions, Marketing to join our Commercial Activation team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader commercial services team, including Revenue, Sales, Marketing and Digital. to support successful hotel openings, conversions, and commercial activation efforts globally. This role will assist in the execution of marketing strategies across the digital ecosystem, including creative development, campaign coordination, audits, reporting, analysis, internal processes, and performance-driven marketing initiatives that support hotel topline revenue and market entry. **The Role**
This role is responsible for supporting marketing strategies for a portfolio of new and transitioning hotels, with a focus on creative development, audits, and internal process coordination. This role plays an important part in supporting a property's brand positioning, pre-opening and post-opening awareness, and successful market entry in alignment with the commercial ramp strategy.
The primary role of Associate Manager, Commercial Activation Openings & Conversions, Marketing is to support Hyatt’s Commercial Services Activation team by helping implement marketing solutions with an emphasis on the digital ecosystem that drive hotel topline revenue and business aligned with the hotel’s segmentation. This role supports the Manager and partners closely with regional sales, revenue, marketing strategy, digital, agency, and media teams to coordinate integrated, market-ready campaigns that accelerate hotel performance, support brand marketing and sales collateral, and ensure critical digital touchpoints including Hyatt.com, digital advertising, paid media, digital content management, reporting, audits, and internal workflows are executed accurately and on time.
Additional responsibilities include:
• Support a rolling portfolio of hotel openings and conversions at any given time.
• Assist the Manager in maintaining project plans, trackers, timelines, and status reports to ensure timely execution across functions.
• Support marketing budget tracking, invoice coordination, and forecast updates within approved budget.
• Coordinate with agency partners and internal teams to support digital media plan development, campaign trafficking, creative delivery, and reporting needs.
• Support recommended strategies and tactics that align with hotel segmentation and brand positioning within the market.
• Assist in activating paid, owned, and earned media tactics to drive awareness, engagement, and bookings pre- and post-opening.
• Support creative development, content production, asset collection, photography uploads, coordination, routing, and readiness for opening and conversion campaigns.
• Conduct audits of digital assets, online listings, 3 rd part platforms (OTAs) campaign materials, Hyatt.com content, creative deliverables, and internal process documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Help maintain internal processes, tools, templates, and documentation that support global openings and conversion workflows.
• Support campaign reporting, data collection, analysis, and optimization recommendations based on performance and business objectives.
• Provide accurate and timely updates to hotel teams, commercial leads, agency partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Translate campaign performance and audit findings into actionable insights that support campaign optimization and process improvement.
• Identify key learnings from openings and conversions to inform future go-to-market planning and internal best practices.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
**Qualifications:**
**Experience Required:**
• 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, travel, digital media, creative production, or consumer brand.
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, creative development, content coordination, asset management, audits, reporting, and internal processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, agency partners, or digital marketing teams to execute campaigns across multiple properties, markets, or regions.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand standards, creative development, market segmentation, and campaign execution.
• Detail-oriented with experience reviewing creative assets, digital content, campaign materials, and process documentation for accuracy and consistency.
• Excellent project management, communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, decentralized, global environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
**Experience Preferred:**
•Hotel/hospitality industry experience.
• Experience supporting digital media, paid search, metasearch, display, social, affiliate marketing, OTA advertising, or third-party ad management.
• Experience with creative briefing, asset trafficking, content audits, website audits, campaign QA, or brand compliance reviews.
• Experience maintaining internal processes, project management tools, workflow documentation, templates, or reporting dashboards.
• Experience supporting global or multi-market marketing programs, including campaign coordination, budget tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Outstanding project management, time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Highly self–motivated and directed with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.

_The salary range for this position is $78,500-$89,250. This role is also eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan._
_The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate._
