As an Associate Manager on our Category Strategy team, reporting to a Senior Director, you will help lead category growth platform development by providing category programs and plans for an assigned portfolio of brands.
\n\nYour Impact:
\nProvide category analysis and business impacts to the sales team, identifying opportunities to enhance customer/category goals and those of the company.Customize existing corporate category initiatives and plans to propel company and category sales at the customer.Help provide category insights to develop collaborative solutions.Assist team to exceed established shelving and merchandising goals.Provide category insights to the account in our priority categories, striving to, or confirming the position of lead vendor within the category review process.Work with internal partners and retailer contacts to develop and help implement category growth plans.Educate sales team on new item programs and category rationale for development; develop proposals for distribution and shelving changes to the account.Ensure category plans are delivered.\n\nYour Experience:
\nBachelor's Degree required1-3 years of experience in sales or analytical rolesData integration and interpretation experienceExperience summarizing a holistic sales story from multiple sources of data, such as syndicated, loyalty, consumer and industry trendsUnderstanding the fundamentals of syndicated panel dataExperience working directly with customers in growing category salesExperience in Nielsen/Circana; experience with space management toolsCustomer loyalty card knowledgeExperience in Excel to develop and maintain complex spreadsheets and automate processesWorking knowledge of retail merchandising and in-store execution tactics\nNumber of Days in Office: 4
\n\nLocated in downtown Chicago along the Chicago River, our corporate headquarters is in the landmark Merchandise Mart building, with access to public transit and several options for dining and shopping in the area.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
