Associate Manager, Candidate Care
**Associate Manager, Candidate Care** FTC role until end of September 2026 The Associate Manager, Candidate Care will help with the enablement of the Talent Acquisition teams through leading a team of Candidate Care Specialists and work with Talent Acquisition team to facilitate Stryker’s interview and hiring processes ensuring all Stryker candidates receive a positive recruiting experience. The Associate Manager, Candidate Care will also be responsible for identifying scalability and efficiency gains with the team through the extension of innovative technology, process improvements, and resource optimization. **What you will do** + Responsible for the management of a team of Candidate Care Specialists across EMEA and in the identification, onboarding and coaching of those team members. + Partner with regional TA Leaders to engage with region specific priorities and opportunities. + Develop and engage of the Candidate Care team including leading team meetings, development plans, performance coaching and support through organizational changes. + Represent Regional Candidate Care and act as SME for automated scheduling with the global TA team sharing and identifying best practices, optimization, and efficiencies with peers. + Will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to create a strategy to support recruiting efforts, drive automated scheduling application, maintain division/location specific interview information as well as address feedback from businesses or TA team. + Work through and continue improvement on the process related to regional Contingent Worker conversions. + Contribute to TA Operations team in defining strategy, execution and continuous improvement for Candidate Care and automated scheduling. + Solve organizational problems through operational solutions in partnership with regional recruitment leaders and global TA Operations team. + Create and deliver ongoing knowledge-based and capability building training and development for Talent Acquisition members. **Minimum Qualifications (Required):** + Bachelor's degree required or equivalent + 6+ years of work experience required + Fluent in English required **Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):** + 3+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred + Previous recruiting experience; knowledgeable of the recruiting module in Workday, automated scheduling technology or other TA technology preferred + Previous people management experience preferred + Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams and stakeholders through organizational changes is strongly preferred + Demonstrated ability to understand, evaluate, and recommend changes to processes is preferred + Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a global team environment with experience in working with cross-functional stakeholders in regional/global projects preferred Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
