We’re looking for a sharp and energetic  Senior Associate/ Associate Marketing Manager (Campaign) to lead initiatives that directly drive business results in the Taiwan market. In this role, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:


Lead impactful marketing campaigns:

Take ownership of end-to-end campaign planning and execution. Ensure alignment with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs. Equip the marketing team with clear briefs, timely updates, and proactive problem-solving support.


Align cross-functional stakeholders:

Collaborate with teams across business development, vertical planning, marketing (local and central), merchandising, and operations to bring campaigns to life, without direct authority.


Turn insights into action:

Leverage data and on-the-ground input to refine and optimize campaign performance in real time.

 
Contribute beyond the brief:

Support ad-hoc projects and evolving business priorities as needed.

What You'll Need: 

5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in campaign management within eCommerce, OTA, or Internet-based industries.

Proven success in leading cross-functional projects and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without authority.

A growth mindset. You are resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into action.

Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
