The Accounts Payable Associate Manager is responsible to deliver assigned projects on related to the payables processes. **What you will do** + Leads a small team of 2 to 5 analysts including coaching, talent development and HR related tasks. + Lead and implement Medius wave 2. + Lead and implement global projects. + Ensures all migrations and new processes are documented with risk and control points clearly identified + Support the team as the process SME to develop the staff process knowledge and provide guidance when working through complex cases **What you need:** + 4-6 years of relevant working experience in international company (preferably American or Multinational company) + Previous experience in Accounts Payable is required + Fluency in English required + Good stakeholder management + Competent in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot table etc.) + Ability to work independently, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously + Good written and verbal skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management + Effective problem-solving skills + ERP technology experience an advantage Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
