RESPONSIBILITIES
Build relationships with customer contacts to support day‑to‑day transportation executionProactively monitor shipments and follow up on daily exceptionsSupport resolution of service failures with transportation providers in collaboration with customers and internal teamsIdentify cost‑saving opportunities (e.g., route guide optimization, order consolidation, lead time compliance)Provide professional and timely responses to customer inquiriesSupport achievement of tactical and operational KPI targets (quality and productivity metrics)Assist with reconciliation of weekly financial reportsRun, maintain, and improve daily shipment and operational reportsIdentify and support the implementation of operational efficiency improvementsExecute customer‑requested changes accurately and on time (e.g., rescheduling, service provider notifications)Collect, organize, and share operational information with internal stakeholdersQUALIFICATIONS
