Associate Logistics Analyst

Ecolab is seeking an Associate Logistics Analyst to join its logistics department. Under the direction of logistics leadership, you will be an analytical problem-solver, accountable for supporting processes with proven data collection and analysis skills. You will have the opportunity to identify and implement process improvements and receive recognition for elevating quality, service and savings metrics.

What You Will Do:

Foster clear communication with your team and internal contacts to address service related interests.Develop close relationships with key vendors concerning contract terms, payments and service while complying with all safety and regulatory requirements.Act as a subject matter expert and perform various logistics activities such as account management, database maintenance, replenishment and inventory forecasting, shortage resolution, distribution planning, delivery execution and exception management activities.Manage quality, service and cost metrics. Regularly analyze and report on measured data while developing and implementing specific plans to achieve improvements.

Position Details:

Candidate must reside in: PIttsburgh, PA or commutable distance

Work week and shift: M-F 7:30am-4pm

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degreePrevious work experience in logistics, transportation, operations or a related fieldBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and AccessImmigration sponsorship not available for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Transportation or a related field of studyStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel and AccessSAP experiencePrevious project management experienceExposure to TPM and/or Lean Manufacturing principalsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to exercise independent judgement, think critically and work well in cross-functional teams

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $56,200.00 - $84,400.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
