RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
Serve as the primary point of contact for daily operations, responsible for setting appointments, managing exceptions, and escalating issues as appropriate
Streamline the shipping document process in partnership with warehouse teams
Safeguard order integrity and orchestrate collaboration with key network stakeholders
Utilize C.H. Robinson’s global technology platform, Navisphere, to generate reports, leverage the optimizer and load build profile automation, analyze order/load data, and support successful load planning
Lead warehouse discrepancy reporting, optimize warehouse appointment processes, and spearhead financial automation in warehouse operations
Oversee Navisphere order management and validate the success of consolidated load plans
Cultivate relationships by delivering quality execution aligned with customer and supplier expectations
Collaborate with internal partners across operations, warehouse, capacity, commercial, and regional planning teams to align with customer needs and drive real-time solutions
Identify and integrate system automation and technical knowledge into daily execution
Spot and capitalize on opportunities in daily operations to enhance efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
Passionate in understanding how daily decisions drive overall growth and profitability
Works well in team-oriented and remote environments
Ability to communicate professionally both written and verbally
High comfort level with technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Programs
Display attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
Driven, enthusiastic, resilient, agile, and highly motivated
Ability to thrive under deadlines, drive results, multi-task, and work with a sense of urgency

Compensation Range
$20.63 - $32.16The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location.
