Position Title: Associate Lead Consultant
Reporting Line: GlobalView Implementation Manager
Position Purpose:
Gain the expertise required to implement and support the ADP GlobalView solution to achieve all departmental KPIs through the successful provision of consulting and implementation services to ADP Clients in line with agreed standards and timeframes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop proficiency in SAP payroll implementation and management through the participation and successful completion of the ADP Global Implementation Academy (GIA). Post successful completion of the GIA, this role will support Senior / Lead Consultants with:- Implementing the client's solution using ADP's Implementation Methodology and the ADP GlobalView product (based on SAP). Blueprinting workshops to gather information on the client's requirements. Design and documentation of the client's solution. Performing Quality Assurance reviews on blueprints and configuration of the client's system. Providing sample test scripts to enable PS clients to adequately test the solution. Client support through the User Acceptance, Parallel Testing and Go-Live phases. Data cleansing, mapping and conversions phase and provide any assistance with data loads and reconciliation, HR/Payroll reporting and analysis. Maintain up to date knowledge of SAP products, of SAP related news and any developments to the product and its competitors. Perform other related duties as assigned.Experience:

Strong time management, organisational and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Certifications / Qualifications:
Completed a bachelor’s degree or higher in the last two (2) years in one of the following disciplines: Accounting, Finance, IT, Business, HR Management, Commerce, Information Systems or Computer Science.
