Associate Lead Consultant

Position Description
The primary focus of this position is to align with the Client Product Owner/Client SME on specific requirements documented through Blueprinting/User Stories to meet their business needs. The Associate Lead Consultant provides support to the Agile team throughout the new client implementation and is responsible for testing the solution during the implementation process. She/he will work with Agile Team to resolve any issues and escalations throughout the implementation process.
ADP GlobalView Associate Lead Consultants are integral members of an Agile Team and share responsibilities for the team's overall performance. He/she is expected to work on multiple client projects within the same timelines/targeted go-live date.
The Associate Lead Consultant reports to the Agile Team Lead or Business Owner/Implementation Director.
Responsibilities: Document all customization performed in the system using the appropriate GlobalView tools. Support clients with data conversions. Conduct Unit testing and document in agreed format. Support UAT and Parallel issue resolutions. Update Quality and Production environment with configuration in agreement with Lead Consultant / Payroll Expert. Identify and escalate project issues to project team. Liaise with the ADP Project Manager/Agile Team Lead assigned to the project, providing regular status updates and early warning of any slippage/ problems that may occur. Create handover document, participate in handover discussions with client service teams. Participate in Implementation Team forums, contribute and participate in knowledge sharing and team development sessions. Perform other related duties as assigned.   Qualifications Required:   Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English. Additional languages are a plus. Strong technical aptitude and ability to work on large complex projects Knowledge of GV Payroll or Kronos solution a plus Ability to prioritize tasks and time management skills, ability to work against agreed timelines as agreed with Senior lead consultant / time expert

Preferred Qualifications: Ability to work on multiple client projects at the same time. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Visio to effectively update and maintain documentation/ training/ demonstrations. Professional manner and presentation and ability to professionally set, manage and satisfy customer expectations through personal involvement or delegation. Teamwork, work collaboratively with others to achieve group goals, working together to accomplish business results Analytical thinking problem solving skills -- work systematically and logically to resolve problems, address opportunities or manage the situation at hand, identify causes, relationships and implications Consulting skills, understand business requirements and mapping to ensure consistency to ADP template, while minimizing risk to both client and ADP
