Associate Laboratory Project Set-Up Manager
We are seeking **Associate Laboratory Project Set-Up Manager** to join IQVIA Laboratories in **Remote (U.S.)** . As an Associate Laboratory Project Set-Up Manager, you will lead the design and launch of clinical research studies, ensuring quality and timely delivery of all start-up activities and sponsor deliverables. **What you’ll be doing:** + Leading the design and configuration of study databases for full protocols, amendments, and sponsor changes. + Developing and maintaining client-specific design standards aligned with clinical protocols. + Serving as the primary point of contact for study set-up, supporting internal and external stakeholders. + Collaborating cross-functionally to align timelines and resolving project-related issues across Data Management, Logistics, Clinical Trial Materials, and Laboratory Testing. + Maintaining and updating project documentation including action logs, status sheets, and timelines during start-up. + Coordinating and communicating set-up activities with clients and internal teams to meet milestones. + Identifying risks and proactively managing scope changes with contingency planning. + Guiding and mentoring junior staff, contributing to training and development initiatives. **What we are looking for:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related field preferred. + Minimum 2 years of clinical or research industry experience, including 1 year in project management or study set-up preferred. + Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment. + Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree. **The knowledge, skills and abilities needed for this role:** + Strong understanding of medical and clinical research terminology and ICH E6 GCP guidelines. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Clinical Trials Management Systems is a plus. + Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills. + Effective interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build strong working relationships. **What we offer you:** We put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
