Applies and expands advanced clinical knowledge of products and effectively communicates the clinical and economic benefits to medical and healthcare professionals. Compliantly partners and coordinates with other sales and cross-functional customer-facing team members to meet customer and/or patient needs. Delivers branded sales messages. Partners with internal and external contacts to service and manage accounts, including: ensuring product access, resolving/triage reimbursement issues, and maintaining product contracts. Manages sales equipment and promotional materials to ensure proper condition and uses them to support territory efforts. Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
