Key Responsibilities (Summary)
Support growth of existing accounts and development of new business opportunities through close collaboration with distributors.Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and KOLs, acting as a trusted point of contact.Introduce and position the company portfolio through technical, clinical, and product presentations.Plan and execute marketing, training, and educational activities, including conferences and academic events.Identify, qualify, and track sales opportunities; accurately input and update CRM data for deals and pipelines.Gather and analyze market data, customer insights, and competitor information, including pricing, positioning, and activity trends, and share actionable insights with the Business Manager and relevant stakeholders.Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams and align with Abbott regional and global stakeholders.Provide regular activity reports, opportunity updates, and structured market intelligence feedback to the Business Manager.Scope & Impact

Reports directly to Business Manager, ThailandRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical, Medical, Business, or equivalent experience2–5 years of experience in sales or commercial support within medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcareExperience working with distributors preferredStrong communication and presentation skillsStructured thinking with ability to collect, interpret, and report market data and insightsCRM proficiency and opportunity pipeline management capabilityFluent in Thai and English (written and spoken)Travel Requirement
Regular domestic travel within ThailandOccasional regional travel for meetings, training, or conferencesCareer Level & Development
