Join our Financial Systems Integration (FSI) team, established by senior leadership to accelerate the seamless integration of acquired businesses onto our financial systems. As a key contributor, you will lead and execute multiple implementation projects simultaneously, engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders across the organization. Your efforts will drive tangible improvements in finance operations, enhancing process efficiencies and supporting the rationalization of our legal entity footprint.

Key Responsibilities

Lead small to medium-sized cross-functional teams through system implementations and merger projects.

Manage all aspects of assigned projects, serving as the primary point of contact and accountability.

Oversee projects from planning to final delivery, ensuring seamless execution.

Coordinate efforts with supporting teams, including Shared Services and Technology.

Collaborate with Business Analysts to define and agree on project scope and objectives.

Recommend and implement enhancements to master project plans.

Provide regular updates on project status and risks, along with actionable recommendations, to stakeholders and management.

Maintain adherence to quality standards and oversee the review of project deliverables.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree (required).

Substantial experience in project management (required).

Background in M&A projects and/or country rollouts.

Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with SAP and/or PeopleSoft (beneficial).

Strong planning skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently.

Experience with Smartsheet (beneficial).

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels.
