Consultant – Transformation Excellence, Insurance (Zurich)

We're building the kind of team we would want to work with.

When it comes to insurance transformation it’s not just about new tools, digitalization, TOMs or product pricing. It’s about shifting how people think, act, deliver and collaborate to build a foundation for the future of insurance—

What we’re looking for

In our growing insurance practice. we’re after people who bring clarity, momentum, and a healthy dose of common sense to complex insurance environments. People who know the insurance industry — but aren’t boxed in by it. Responsibilities & ownership:

· Develop and or combine your business analysis skills with solution architecture to define streamlined processes and tech enabled platforms to be implemented

· Become a Project Management expert: support and drive the Project management office (PMO) to ensure projects flow, stakeholders are up to date and decisions can be readily made

· Participate and or lead discovery workshops, write business or technical requirements and define & support clients in digitizing end-to-end workflows (processes, journeys, data flows, system integrations)

· Drive change from boardroom to delivery team — aligning stakeholders, managing & collaborating with vendors to ensure backlogs are defined and roadmaps are followed

· Develop & manage backlogs, scope out sprints, and help shape the future of our insurance transformation offering

· Continuous learning and upskilling in relevant INS tools (depending on project & client)

We're Looking for Someone Who

· Is equally comfortable with developing an RfP pp deck, Excel models or writing a Jira User Story

· Thinks like a strategist, analyzes like a business analyst, and is a hands-on implementer

· Describes themselves as both structured and flexible— ready to pivot between high level strategy and detailed delivery

· Is fluent in English & German (bonus: French or Italian)

· You have experience working on a transformation project or program for an insurance or other regulated industries

· You have agile experience working in sprints, with backlogs and requirements / user stories

· You care about outcomes more than frameworks and know how to use the frameworks or methodology in action to maximize value

· You’re curious, resourceful, and open to exploring new tech, methodologies, approaches and more

Why Join Us?

· The chance to join a global Powerhouse and a collaborative and inclusive work culture that values professional development and career growth.

· The chance to work with top industry professionals and expand your your Swiss insurance network and build your own skillset
