Job Description & Summary

Your team 
Within "deals" in out Tax and Legal Workforce, you will support national and international companies throughout the entire transaction cycle as part of a dynamic team. You will work closely with experts from various disciplines and accompany our clients from strategy development and the negotiation phase through to the successful execution of M&A transactions. Through your commitment, you will help develop tailored solutions and create sustainable added value in a constantly changing business environment. 

Your impact 

Support companies and private equity funds in carrying out national and international M&A transactions.  

Work in an inspiring team that analyzes valuation-relevant tax aspects related to purchase price determination (due diligence, EV-to-EqV bridge, net debt), as well as financing and acquisition structures, and brings these into negotiations.  

Support the development of sustainable and cash-flow-effective financing and acquisition structures and accompany the integration of target companies into existing structures from a tax perspective.

Your skill set 

Master’s degree, or close to completion, in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Law.  

Strong willingness to learn and the intention to complete training to become a federally certified tax expert.  

Initial experience in the area of tax, as well as flexibility, perseverance and openness to challenging and complex situations.  

Interest in the interface between economics and law, both in terms of figures, models and valuations and the underlying legal issues.  

Excellent written and spoken English French and German are considered a big plus
