Iron Mountain is seeking a focused and motivated Data Entry Operator I to join our Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate information within our databases to ensure the highest standards of data integrity and organization.

You will play a vital role in the digitization of legacy records, meeting daily data entry targets while working collaboratively at either customer sites or Iron Mountain facilities.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

Execute High-Volume Data Entry: Input and update metadata from legacy records into databases or custom software with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Maintain Performance Targets: Meet daily data entry quotas in English, utilizing Microsoft Excel and other specialized systems to achieve productivity goals.

Ensure Data Quality and Integrity: Adhere to organizational standards and policies while reading and interpreting both printed and handwritten content to ensure accurate digital records.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

1 to 2 years of experience in data entry or a similar administrative field; a graduate degree in any discipline is required.

Strong knowledge of basic computer handling, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, the Windows calculator, and basic email communication.

Proven ability to type at a minimum of 35 words per minute and the flexibility to work 8.5-hour shifts across morning, day, afternoon, or night schedules.

Exceptional focus on quality, a willingness to learn new systems, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
