Role -SharePoint & Tidal Support
Role Summary:
This is a hybrid support role responsible for maintaining and managing both the SharePoint platform and the Tidal workload automation environment. The role requires a detail-oriented analyst to ensure operational continuity, monitor scheduled jobs, manage platform health, and support user queries across both systems.
Provide Level 2/3 support for SharePoint.
Perform regular maintenance tasks and resolve platform-related issues.
Assist in documentation and reporting relevant to SharePoint usage and performance.
Tidal Workload Automation Support:Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Tidal job failures and automation issues.
Manage Tidal components including jobs, events, actions, calendars, variables, and connections.
Perform system health checks on Tidal client and master servers.
Support DR (Disaster Recovery) activities annually.
Respond to user queries regarding job functionalities.Document processes and maintain operational reporting for Tidal environment
