 Summary:

UST is looking for  Business Operation Support Professionals.

 The Opportunity:

Looking for technically skilled Business Operation Support professionals.

 What you need:

 Order Management, Sap, Excel and Good Typing speed.

 Responsibilities:

 
1. Attend to calls and emails from customers. Resolve customer queries/issues on call and over emails.
2. Raise the required orders in SAP based on set guidelines.
3. Provide accurate and qualitative information to customers on every call/email.
4. Clarify updates with supervisors to obtain complete understanding of the information requested.
5. Implement feedback given by supervisors.
6. Promote teamwork and project success.

Qualification:

Preferably Graduate or Under-Graduate.
