+ Provide user support for Howmet Systems Japan and local network + Provide data backup for Naoestu location + Maintenance and control of IT equipment and Hardware + Maintenance of Software + Provide support for plant staff to follow the PCS regulation + Ensure the IT operation meets the ASAT requirement + Ensure the smooth IT operation in local offices + Lead or participate in Global IT projects + Initiate or participate in systems upgrade and installation + Support the Accounting & IT Manager to implement the smooth operation + Non IT duties: Provide the support to Finance Department and conduct the financial transaction and analysis. + A Bachelor degree or equivalent + IT qualifications are a plus + Business Level English skill + More than 3 years experience in IT related field + Strong communication and problem solving skill + Proficient in MS excel including function setting and Visual Basis + Experience in system implementation is a plus + Leadership skills
