Job Responsibilities:

Execute routine transactions related to fund servicing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies and proceduresCollaborate with operations and financial controllers to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in fund servicing operationsFoster a collaborative environment by leveraging emotional intelligence skills to build trusting relationships with peers, managers, and stakeholdersPropose and implement improvements to current working methods, contributing to the efficiency and resilience of our operating platform

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Demonstrated expertise in fund servicing operations, with at least three years of experience focusing on fund accounting and administrationAdvanced emotional intelligence skills, with a track record of building trusting relationships and fostering collaboration in a professional settingExperience in proposing and implementing process improvements, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and resilience in an operational environmentProven ability to apply active listening and questioning techniques to understand and address client needs effectively
