Associate I COM
•F.5 or above education level.•Minimum 10 years’ experience in customer service, L/C collection, shipping, or logistics.•Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export procedures.•Experienced in preparing shipping and LC collection documents.•Proficient in order management and customer database systems (experience with Wintrade preferred).•Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.•Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure.•Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.•Computer proficient – Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.•Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.•Strong teamwork skills and ability to handle heavy workload efficiently.

Sales Order Management

•Accurately process customer orders in the current system and ensure proper order

review, entry, scheduling, logistics coordination, documentation, and trade compliance.

•Maintain customer data and process transactions such as quotes, purchase orders, deliveries, and returns.•Ensure accuracy and completeness of all order-related documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and export documents.

Customer Communication

•Handle daily communications with customers, responding promptly to inquiries, order updates, and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.•Liaise with freight forwarders, resolve shipment or customs issues, and coordinate

bank-related documentation for LC collections.

Internal Coordination

•Collaborate closely with Pricing, Planning, Logistics, and Production teams to align on order status, production schedules, and delivery timelines.•Support communication between departments to achieve monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Documentation & Compliance

•Prepare and submit customs declaration documents, shipping documents, and LC collection paperwork.•Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements (ASAT, IMEX), and internal/external control processes.•Maintain accurate records to support both operational and audit readiness.

Other Responsibilities

•Provide administrative and operational support as assigned by supervisor.•Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service efficiency.•Support future system transition and process standardization initiatives when

implemented.
