What You’ll Do:
As an Associate HRIS Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting and maintaining Curaleaf’s HR systems. You’ll process employee life-cycle transactions, from hires to terminations, while safeguarding data integrity through regular audits and system controls. Your day-to-day will include troubleshooting issues, training new HR team members, and supporting payroll functionality within the HRIS. You’ll also help manage checklists and approval workflows, document system changes, and contribute to special projects. Along the way, you’ll recommend process improvements, assist in system enhancements, and ensure sensitive information remains secure. This role gives you the opportunity to learn deeply, contribute immediately, and grow into a subject-matter expert in HR technology.
What You’ll Bring:
You have demonstrated a background in Human Resources, with at least three years of experience supporting HR technology systems You have a solid understanding of HR processes and data, with hands-on experience administering HR systems and reporting tools, while staying current with HR strategies and regulations You bring strong analytical skills and are highly proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and Planner You deliver exceptional customer service, approach tasks with urgency and accountability, proactively research and resolve issues You excel at building and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with both team members and vendors You have experience designing and developing HR-related reports while maintaining clear system documentation and training materials You are detail-oriented, highly organized, a strong communicator, and a quick learner who thrives in a collaborative team environmentEven Better If:
