Program Manager

Job Experience Requirements: Taking ownership of the program, project budgets and managing the overall deliveryProducing program-level reports for department heads, directors, end users and other stakeholdersAnalyze, evaluate, and overcome potential risks and threats to current and future projects, often in collaboration with senior managers and leadership.Planning future program activity, including consultations with project sponsors, analysis of requirements and arranging timeframesManaging program and project teams to ensure completion on time and within budgetWorking closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to ensure the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives are achieved
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:10+ years' experience in an upper-management role as a Program Manager in a broad range of either IT or AI related projects.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization.Experience in managing stakeholders.Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
