Ken Garff Automotive is currently looking for a talented, experienced attorney to be our ASSOCIATE GENERAL COUNSEL – BUSINESS who aligns with our core values and acts with Respect, Integrity, Growth, Humility and Teamwork.

Skilled, actively licensed attorney with a minimum of 10 years business law and transactional experienceStrong time-management and organizational skillsSelf-motivation and ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail with a focus on accuracy and timeliness

What you’ll do as Associate General Counsel - Business:

Advise company and its 70+ dealerships located in 9 states on business law and company governance issuesRepresent company in all transactional matters (e.g., buy-sell transactions, real estate leases, etc.)Draft, review and negotiate certain contracts and agreements (e.g., vendor contracts, flooring lender agreements, etc.)Oversee trademark and tradenames registrations and other intellectual property mattersProvide legal support to business development, property development and facility construction projectsCoordinate with Director of Legal Processes on all entity formation and entity management mattersServe as company’s Assistant SecretaryReport to the Company’s General Counsel and assist on other legal matters as requested
