· Provide legal advice on corporate, employment, data privacy, PEZA and other regulatory matters.

· Identify, assess, and mitigate risks.

· Draft, review, and revise contracts and other legal documents.

· Represent the company in labor disputes and DOLE proceedings.

· Manage other disputes and litigation.

· Mentor and manage team.

· Law degree, member in good standing of the Philippine Bar.

· At least 8 years of relevant legal experience

· Experience in multinational companies
