Apply Today! **Job Summary and Qualifications** JOB SUMMARY This position provides support to the Enterprise for all aspects of the Telecom and hardware maintenance billing process. This position will help oversee the administration of multiple Cisco portals as well as maintaining multiple inventory files for maintenance renewals. Resource will also work in TEM portal for monthly Telecom billing. Responsibilities will include helping to review monthly invoices for accuracy and opening disputes with carriers for any issues identified. Working with multiple vendors and resources to maintain accurate inventory files as well as helping to create budgets and managing renewals. The Associate Telecom Analyst will also help with maintaining an up-to-date inventory of all circuits and services managed by the Network Provisioning group which totals in excess of $6M monthly. In this role you will interact with colleagues across the nation as well as multiple fortune 500 vendors. This position requires someone that has excellent verbal and written communication skills that can work with all levels in the organization including Executives. Attention to detail is a must. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following; • Hosting and attending status meetings with vendors and internal resources. • Assist in reviewing telecom invoices which total over $60M annually and manage billing disputes. • Assist in reconciling billing for multiple maintenance renewals totaling over $40M annually. • Maintain accurate and updated inventory files for maintenance renewals. • Work with vendors on updates to inventory files. • Provide Admin support for the Cisco Smart License and contract portals. • Assist with circuit inventory comprised of over 2k circuits including vendor, bandwidth and circuit IDs. • Run inventory reports monthly and on an ad hoc bases as needed from TEM portal. • Working ticket queue in ServiceCentral. EXPERIENCE Less than one year of experience required OTHER/SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS • Must be able to excel in a very close working team environment as well as independently • High degree of initiative and self-motivation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be organized and have attention to detail • Experience with ServiceCentral or equivalent ticketing system to support operations preferred • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to effectively organize tasks, manage multiple priorities/details, meet schedules, and deliver on customer commitments PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS • Prolonged sitting. • Ability to use computers for up to 8 hours.
