What You Will DoLead process optimization initiatives that improve forecasting, reporting accuracy, and financial efficiency across the business.
Manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range financial plans while coordinating cross‑functional inputs and timelines.
Analyze financial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, delivering insights that support strategic and operational decisions.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate scenarios, investments, and strategic business initiatives with minimal oversight.
Enhance existing models and forecasting methodologies to increase accuracy, reliability, and ease of use for business partners.
Build and strengthen relationships with leaders across functions to align priorities, influence financial outcomes, and support business growth.
Deliver timely and accurate reporting packages—including key metrics, variance analysis, and actionable recommendations—for recurring and ad hoc needs.
Support month‑end close and ensure compliance with accounting policies by partnering closely with Accounting and Accounts Payable teams.
What You Will NeedRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related business roles.
Strong understanding of financial statements, general ledger concepts, accruals, and prepaid expenses.
Experience in financial planning and analysis and business partnering.
Preferred QualificationsExperience with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, or ThinkCell.
Additional certifications in finance or accounting (e.g., CPA, CMA).
Additional InformationWork arrangement: Hyrid - 3 days onsite a week
$89,300 - $193,400 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
