As an Associate Finance Manager, you will serve as a strategic finance partner to the Interventional Spine business, influencing decisions across R&D, Marketing, and Sales. You will translate complex financial data into clear insights that shape business performance, while strengthening financial processes across a growing, innovation‑driven portfolio.
**This position requires hybrid work onsite in Portage, MI weekly up to 3 days per week.**
What You Will Do
Partner with functional leaders and cost center owners to support data‑driven decision making across R&D, Marketing, and Selling activities.Prepare, consolidate, and review monthly financial statements, including flash reporting, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reporting.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections by collaborating with department managers and explaining key financial metrics, drivers, and variances.Execute the annual budget, periodic projections, and reporting of actual financial results for U.S. operations.Coordinate financial planning and reporting activities with international counterparts to ensure alignment and consistency across regions.Prepare financial reports, analyses, and special studies to support management decisions and business initiatives.Collaborate with finance shared service teams to ensure timely, accurate, and effective management reporting.Ensure compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley requirements, applicable financial regulations, and company policies.What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.Minimum six years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications
