Job Description A leading supplier of automation for manufacturing is looking for an eager Associate Service Engineer. Job responsibilities include: · Provide telephone based troubleshooting through the Hotline to support customer's in resolving FANUC America or related peripheral equipment operational problems · Documenting FANUC products and related peripheral equipment performance and failure modes · Daily reporting to Service Management to update status & availability · Completion of a Service Report for each customer call · Return of parts shipped for the service call but not purchased by the customer or defective parts replaced under warranty We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements ·1+ years of experience with FANUC robots doing troubleshooting and maintenance ·2+ years of experience doing preventative maintenance on FANUC robots, related robots or machines · Associate's Degree preferred · Ability to read and interpret PLC ladder logic a plus
