This is a technical position that requires the ability to safely perform hands-on work, process optimization, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Travel required is estimated to be 70-80% with occasional higher travel requirements.

Reporting to the Mobile Operations Leader the Associate Field Service Engineer is responsible for conducting service, repair, and start-up of Trojan’s advanced water treatment systems at customer sites. With a strong emphasis on water quality, the Field Service Technician performs electrical and mechanical testing, diagnoses system failures, and assists customers in the maintenance of their UV systems. This role is critical in ensuring the successful completion of existing and new service contracts while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
This position is part of the North America Service Team and can be based anywhere in the US.

In this role, a typical day will look like:
Commissioning, decommissioning, inspection, and repair of Aria Filtra Mobile units.
Providing contractual services to rental customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring optimal equipment performance.
Executing assigned project tasks and providing guidance to engineers, peers, or customers as needed, including the installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and service of Pall Water Permanent and Mobile Systems.
Traveling across the US., primarily by plane or company car, with occasional trips to Canada and Alaska.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+2 years of experience in water treatment of related industries (mining, petrochemical, power generation, food and beverage).
Engineering technician Degree is preferred.
Ability to use hand tools and basic computer skills.
Comfortable with remote work and able to manage travel logistics
Valid Passport.
Willingness to travel extensively: approximately 80% to 90% of the time within the US, with occasional travel to Canada and Alaska, usually departing on Monday and returning by Friday. You will be provided with a company vehicle and may travel within the territory by vehicle or by plane, staying in company-approved hotels to ensure safety while supporting customers. The company covers all travel expenses.
