Associate Fiduciary Specialist

In this role, you will:

Work with a team of fiduciary professionals to administer a book of low complexity fiduciary relationships, including analyzing trust and estate documents, implementing client estate plans, and ensuring client accounts are managed in accordance with sound fiduciary principles and applicable laws

Execute on basic client requests, including money movement, investment implementation, and account management

Build a strong understanding of fiduciary concepts and principles, including trust accounting, discretionary distribution standards, and prudent investing

Build and maintain a strong knowledge of internal policies and procedures including, but not limited to, distributions, account maintenance, account opening and closing, Know Your Client (KYC) requirements, annual account reviews, and management of overdrafts

Develop an ability to identify fiduciary risk and escalate appropriately


Required Qualifications:

6+ months of Fiduciary Products experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience and education


Desired Qualifications:

Strong Communication and Excellent Customer Service Skills

Preferred background or knowledge on US Trust Agency Account


Job Expectations:

Amenable to onsite reporting in Five/Neo Building BGC Taguig City

Role will be required to work in US hours covering US time zones (Eastern, Central, Mountain and Pacific time zones)
