+ Gestionarea procedurilor de securitate in sediul din Bucuresti
+ Gestionarea sitemului si a cardurilor de control acces in spatiile companiei, atunci cand este cazul
+ Gestionarea documentatiei necesara pentru o buna functionare a spatiilor companieI din punct de vedere SSM si SU ( planuri de evacuare, stingatoare, verificari PRAM)
+ Verificarea planurilor etajelor împreună cu tehnicianul CAD, pentru a asigura includerea detaliilor aferente ingineriei structurale și civile, precum și sistemelor mecanice și electrice.
+ Arhivarea si gestionarea documentatiei privind verificarile periodice efectuate de catre administratia (detectie incendiu, cctv, HVAC, etc)
+ Rezervarile spatiilor de lucru in tool-ul specific CMAP
+ Inregistrarea vizitatorilor in sistemul de control acces specific
+ Coopereaza cu angajatorul si/sau cu lucratorii desemnati,atat cat este necesar, pentru a face posibila realizarea sau cerintele dispuse de catre inspectorii de munca si inspectorii sanitari
+ Ofera servicii de suport
+ Gestioneaza corespondenta de intrare/iesire prin registrul de intrari/iesiri de documente si o directioneaza catre departamentele interesate
+ Este garantul unui bun nivel de prestari de servicii din parte furnizorilor (curatenie, Securitate, climatizare, transport, curierat, etc)
+ Coordoneaza activitatea de transport si livrare protocol
+ Gestioneaza flota de autovehicule ale companiei
+ Gestioneaza apartamentele inchiriate de catre companie
+ Supervizeaza stocurile de materiale
+ Gestionarea și înregistrarea tuturor achizițiilor în sistemul de management financiar.
+ Gestioneaza si raspunde la solicitarile altor departamente
+ Participa activ in organizarea evenimentelor interne si externe
+ Participa si gestioneaza actiunile de amenajari interioare si extinderi a spatiilor companiei
+ Gestionarea achizitiilor in interesul companiei
+ Efectuare decont cheltuieli administrative/protocol
**Program de lucru:** L-V : 09:00-18:00
**Locatie** : Bucuresti, Premium Plaza, birou ADMIN
**EN VERSION:**
+ Managing security procedures at the Bucharest office
+ Managing the access control system and access cards for company spaces, when necessary
+ Managing the necessary documentation to ensure proper operation of the company’s premises in terms of occupational health and safety (SSM) and fire safety (SU) (evacuation plans, fire extinguishers, PRAM checks)
+ Verify floor plans with CAD technician to include details related to structural and civil engineering as well as mechanical and electrical systems
+ Archiving and managing documentation regarding periodic inspections carried out by the administration (fire detection, CCTV, HVAC, etc.)
+ Workspace reservations in the dedicated CMAP tool
+ Recording visitors in the specific access control system
+ Cooperating with the employer and/or designated workers, as necessary, to enable compliance with requirements set by labor inspectors and health inspectors
+ Providing support services
+ Managing incoming/outgoing correspondence through the document registry and directing it to the relevant departments
+ Ensuring a high level of service delivery from suppliers (cleaning, security, climate control, transportation, courier services, etc.)
+ Coordinating transport and delivery protocol activities
+ Managing the company’s vehicle fleet
+ Supervising inventory of materials
+ Managing and recording all purchases in the financial management system
+ Handling and responding to requests from other departments
+ Actively participating in organizing internal and external events
+ Participates in and manages interior design and expansion activities for the company’s spaces
+ Managing company-related purchases
+ Processing administrative/protocol expense reports
**Working hours:** Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00
