This role requires associated to work out of a MVH North America hub location in Vancouver, WA; Los Angeles, CA; Tampa, FL.

The NA Associate Experience Manager is a creative, strategic, and collaborative individual contributor with a big impact across Mars Veterinary Health (MVH) who will help design and scale global culture and engagement programs across our multi-segment Veterinary healthcare organization of 70,000+ associates. This role will play a key part in activating our company’s values, strengthening our inclusive and purpose-driven culture, and ensuring a consistent and meaningful experience for associates across all regions and functions.
As a critical member within the People & Organization (P&O) team, you will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, partner across business units, and contribute to shaping how our people connect, grow, and thrive at work.
You Will:
Program Development & Execution
Design, implement, and scale global Mars Signature culture programs and initiatives that align with our mission, values, and business goals. Mars Signature Programs include Mars Associate Survey (MAS), Mars Volunteer Program (MVP), Mars Champions and Make the Difference (MTD). Lead and manage key moments that matter (e.g., onboarding, recognition, culture campaigns, internal rituals, enterprise-wide celebrations). Tailor programs to meet the diverse needs of associates across clinical, field, and corporate settings while maintaining global cohesion.Engagement & Culture Activation
Support the delivery of enterprise engagement surveys and associate listening strategies; help drive action planning and follow-up across teams. Partner with Business Unit and regional P&O teams to localize engagement strategies and foster ownership of culture efforts. Track program performance and continuously evolve based on data, feedback, and changing organizational needs.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with P&O, Communications, Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Development, and Business Unit leaders to embed culture and experience in processes and initiatives. Act as a culture ambassador and change agent—helping others connect their work to our shared values and purpose.Communications & Storytelling
Develop engaging communications, toolkits, and playbooks to support program awareness and adoption globally. Highlight and celebrate associate stories that reflect and reinforce our culture. Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team. Other job duties as assignedYour Experience Should Include:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.7+ years of experience in employee experience, culture, engagement, HR, or organizational development. Experience supporting or leading global programs across large, complex organizations; healthcare or mission-driven industries preferred. Deep understanding of how to activate culture and engagement across a diverse workforce. Strong project management, facilitation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working across time zones and cultures with a collaborative, inclusive mindset. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.Salary Range: $103,538 - $186,210
