Works on multiple applications that have connection and impact to overall DN business. Provides informal mentoring to less experienced colleagues. Develops innovative and creative output based on interpretation and analysis that improve business performance and contribute to corporate goals and strategic intent. Manages critical projects, customer engagements or business processes. Provides design and documentation at a function capability level. Participates in establishing and maintaining application standards and processes. Effectively communicates application and technical direction to the business and within the IT organization.   Provide day-to-day production support for Oracle R12 Payroll and Oracle Fusion HCM modules. Handle and resolve incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements within SLA timelines. Perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes for recurring issues. Work closely with Business and HR operations team to troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
