Associate Engineering Project Manager – 1 Year Contract Share on: + **Location** Billund, Denmark + **Job ID** 0000027036 + **Category** Project / Program Management **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as an Associate Project Manager, where you'll lead innovative MAC projects to digitalize the injection molding process and drive operational excellence within a fast-paced, collaborative environment! **Core Responsibilities** + Project manager for the MAC projects within the portfolio of digitalizing the injection moulding process + Project manager for various projects within the portfolio of internal MAC driven projects with a delivery timeline shorter than 12 months + Contribute to the continuous optimization and improvement of the overall MAC Portfolio Management system and Operating model + Support the MAC delivery teams in building relevant processes to optimize the ways of working + Facilitating start of week meetings, status meetings and project reporting meetings **Play your part in our team succeeding** The Moulding Analytics Center (MAC) is the competence center for one of the LEGO Groups core capabilities: Injection moulding. MAC is responsible for developing mould parameters and standards for existing and future materials and moulding process solutions via data driven decision-making for engineering solutions across functions. The position will be part of the MAC Portfolio and Business Enabling team (PME) that supports the rest of the organization with various enabling capabilities including project management. In this role you will be responsible for securing close collaboration with the MAC delivery teams to secure progress on the projects and deliveries that you are responsible for. Furthermore, you will be a key player in the MAC operating model process enabling better portfolio trade-off prioritization. **Do you have what it takes?** + Background Business Administration or Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical) or relevant years of experience in the field + Project Management certification (e.g., Six Sigma, PRINCE2) would be an advantage + Experience in project management, particularly in injection molding would be an advantage. + Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) + Strong relationship-building and process structuring abilities + Proficient in project planning tools (Jira, Microsoft Project) + Solution-oriented and able to multitask under pressure + Ability to speak Danish would be an advantage \#L1-SV1 Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
