Job Description
Join us as a Associate Engineer Test for Rockwell Automation and be part of the team that develops the Factory Talk Optix, a new visualization platform that accelerates value delivery with modern technologies, designs, and scalable deployment options. It is a cloud-enabled human-machine interface (HMI) platform that allows users to design, test, and deploy applications directly from a web browser anywhere, anytime.
You will report to the Manager Software Development and have a hybrid schedule working in Katowice, Poland.
Your Responsibilities:Use your Python, Selenium WebDriver, and Squish skills to develop automated tests that ensure the quality and functionality of our software products.Design, create, execute, and maintain tests that cover various scenarios and use cases.Participate in reviews of documents, designs, and test cases and provide constructive feedback.Monitor automated test results and report software defects to the development team.Develop test documentat.on that follows the software development process and standards.The Essentials - You Will Have:A bachelor's in Computer Science or a related field.At least one year of experience as a test engineer.Good command of Python programming language.Working knowledge of Windows operating systems.Communicative English that enables collaboration with global team.The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Familiarity with virtualization tools (VMWare).Experience in agile software development using Scrum.Working knowledge of Linux operating systems.What We Offer:Our benefits package includes …
