This role will support the Global High Tech division, with a focus on the Data Center industry. The associate will have the opportunity to support a fast-evolving industry by providing cooling treatment solutions to help data centers ensure uptime, asset assurance and support their sustainability goals
Responsibilities:
Provide routine service support to Sales Representatives in strategic district accounts to execute agreed customer system assurance and continuous improvement plansPartner with Sales Representatives on plant surveys of prospective customers and start-ups of new applications in existing and new accountsDevelop strong relationships with key stakeholders in strategic accounts supportedProvide technical support to customers, identify and resolve pain points, and escalate as neededPerform system analysis, interpret data, and provide written recommendations to ensure customer operations operate optimallySupport services including sample testing, light maintenance, service report generation using digital platforms, chemical ordering, and inventory managementUtilize digital tools to generate service reports and provide analysis aimed at water quality improvementContinuously adopt a beginner’s mindset to learn and approach problems with agility, taking initiative to simplify and improve processesWork collaboratively as a team player and maintain organized work practicesFollow Ecolab safety and incident reporting guidelinesRequirements:
Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering At least 2 years of technical service or field sales support experience (Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply)Experience in water treatment or specialty chemical industries preferredKnowledge of cooling towers and wastewater treatment systems is advantageousAbility to sell value-added products and work confidently with large national and multinational customersIT-savvy with strong mechanical aptitudeDemonstrated learning agility and the ability to adopt a beginner’s mindset in problem-solvingProactive in taking initiatives to simplify, improve processes, and work efficiently using digital platformsStrong team player with organized attributes and excellent communication skillsWilling to be place in across IndonesiaOur Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion & Belonging
