The role:
We’re seeking a driven Associate District Manager to support and develop a high-performing Pest Elimination team across the Sydney region. You will be at the forefront of developing, coaching and empowering a team of Service Specialists. This role is perfect for someone ready to step into leadership; combining on-the-ground coaching with strategic district support.

Your responsibilities:
Foster a customer-centric culture emphasizing the importance of understanding and addressing customer needs.
Coach, develop and mentor Service Specialists through field rides, performance check-ins and technical support.
Support in forecasting for the territory, identifying service planning strategies and reviewing consumable costings.
Collaborate with your District Manager on territory planning, customer engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
Support in business review meetings across customer accounts to ensure tailored customer solutions.
Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to workplace safety, ensuring WHS policies and regulations are always met.
Our ideal candidate may have:

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
