Collins Aerospace is seeking a U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) Campaign Lead to drive customer engagement and campaign execution. This role will drive hands-on engagement with Marine Corps stakeholders to translate operational problems into executable demonstrations, experiments, and exercises that inform requirements, concepts, and acquisition decisions. The ideal candidate understands how the Marine Corps evaluates capability through operational relevance, experimentation, and iterative learning and can bridge USMC needs with Collins’ technology portfolio to influence outcomes early and often. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
