The Standard Missile 3 (SM-3) BLK IB program team is seeking to hire an Associate Director, SM-3 IB Production Program Manager (PM). This program manager will report directly to the Standard Missile 3 BLK IA/IB Program Director and is responsible in overseeing the execution of critical DoD and FMS production. The Production PM will be part of the Integrated Program Leadership Team responsible for leading a cross-functional team to deliver the SM-3 IB ballistic missile defense interceptor to the US and allies. With increasing demand across the Department of Defense and Foreign Military Sales, the Production PM requires strategic planning and action to grow manufacturing throughput, ensure on-time delivery all while executing in the construct of a fixed price environment. This position requires proficiency in dynamic production problem solving, leading cross functional teams, effective communications, and driving results from a varied portfolio of manufacturing value streams and suppliers. An optimal candidate will have experience in team building, growing customer relationships, improving affordability, and implementing continuous improvement.
**This position is an onsite role based in Tucson, Arizona at the Airport Site facility.

What You Will Do:
Accountability for profit and loss, AOP and financial metrics for fixed-price production contract types. Developing and executing strategies that grow capacity, improve MRP performance, and achieve On-Time-Delivery (OTD).Collaborating with supply chain and quality stakeholders to increase supplier and quality performance through developing and executing improvement plans.Partnering with Program Managers across the life cycle (Obsolescence, Development, Sustainment and Engineering Support) to optimize resource utilization and maintain portfolio alignment.Maintaining a positive team dynamic and supporting the development of team leaders and members.Developing collaborative relationships with customer counterparts through effective communication and building trust.Supporting proposal activities for follow-on work and changes to proposals as required.Occasional domestic travel to customer meetings and/or supplier visits.What You Will Learn:

A University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years’ experienceExperience leading profit and loss of DoD contracts as a program manager or functional leadership.Experience managing, tracking, and/or reporting metrics through EAC review and customer Program Management Reviews.Experience in program or project management.Earned Value Management Systems understanding.Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance.Qualifications We Prefer:
Program Management Level 4 Certified.Prior experience on production programs, particularly with Mission Assurance provisions (Tier II).Execution experience leading a team of program or project managers.Strong understanding of Earned Value Management and reporting.Experience with the Missile Defense Agency and/or US Navy customer community and acquisition experience.What We Offer:

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
