Operations & Dispatch Engineering consists of teams that develop and deliver an array of services powering its products. We’re seeking a talented engineering leader to head this organization within Collins Aerospace. In this role, you’ll provide leadership, technical guidance, and product vision to an organization of teams and engineering managers. You’ll be responsible for organization building, delegation, service architecture and reliability, customer satisfaction, hiring, retention, and driving results across a large org. You’ll also work closely with senior organizational leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Program, Customer Service, and more to align engineering priorities with business goals. Prepare the organization for future challenges. **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience + Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
