Job Title: Associate Director of Sales – Data, Cloud & AI Solutions

Location: Mumbai

Position Overview

The Company is seeking an experienced and visionary Associate Director of Sales to lead their go-to-market strategy for data services, cloud technologies, and AI offerings. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B tech sales and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. He will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing sales team, developing enterprise relationships, and driving revenue across strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the sales strategy for our data, cloud, and AI solution portfolio. Lead, coach, and grow a team of account executives and sales professionals. • Identify and pursue high-value enterprise opportunities across BFSI. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level decision-makers and technical stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to create integrated go-to-market strategies. Lead complex sales cycles including RFP responses, contract negotiations, and multi stakeholder engagements. Forecast sales performance, track KPIs, and report to executive leadership. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

8–12+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with a focus on data services, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and/or AI/ML technologies. Proven success in leading sales teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets. Strong understanding of solution-based selling, enterprise IT infrastructure, and digital transformation strategies. Demonstrated ability to drive growth in a fast-paced, high-change environment. • Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Experience selling to enterprise clients and navigating complex procurement processes. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
