Associate Director of Event Sales

**Description:**
+ To work with Director of Events to ensure all Hyatt Events Standards relating to Event Sales, Event Planning, Profitability and Marketing are fully implemented.
+ To be responsible for meeting the overall Events Department’s revenue and expense targets.
+ To closely work together with the Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef on the Events Department’s costing and pricing structure.
+ To continuously seek ways to maximise revenues and profits by ensuring members of the Events Team cross sell and up-sell other hotel facilities and services and other Hyatt hotels.
+ To remain fully up to date with competitor offers and client expectations
+ To work with Director of Events to create and communicate the annual Events marketing plan and promotional calendar and ensure all planned sales and marketing activities are implemented.
**Qualifications:**
+ Luxury hotel working experience is needed
+ Team player
+ Logic thinking and good communication skills
+ Can think out of box
+ Have rich resources
